I believe in taking time to listen. Every patient has a unique story—their concerns, their lifestyle, what they hope to achieve. Understanding this is just as important as the clinical examination.
I also believe in honesty. I will tell you clearly what I find, what I recommend, and what outcomes you can realistically expect. If surgery isn't the right answer, I'll say so. If there are risks you should know about, I'll explain them.
Finally, I believe in continuity. I personally manage your entire treatment journey, ensuring consultant-delivered care from your first consultation to your final discharge. I conduct your follow-up appointments personally. You have my direct contact details should questions arise.
This is what I mean by boutique care: personal, attentive care where you are never just a number on a list.
